Our Pricing:
Polygon Tree is founded by musicians. We’ve been through the every day struggles of low paying gigs and long tours. Our commitment with pricing is to provide a truly affordable way for musicians to have a professional and expensive looking video made for them that does not have an obscene price tag. Our most current pricing options for your convenience are:
Option 1: $800. 1-3 Locations. Day time Shoot of 8 Hours.
Option 2: $1000. 1-3 Locations. Day time and Night time Shoot, 8 Hours. Lighting package included.
All prices include shooting AND editing. This also INCLUDES all gear needed for the shoot (if you however request a fish eye lens, or a very obscure light that we don’t already own but is essential to the shoot we will get you the absolute cheapest rental rate). Lastly, our prices also INCLUDE any post-production color work (to get your already great looking band to look vivid and larger than life) and minor motion graphics work (if you are looking to recreate the animation sequences from Terminator or have other labor-intense VFX sequences that will incur a separate charge that is negotiable). Editing is completed within 15 business days from the day of the shoot. Expedited (5-7 day) editing is available at an additional cost of $100. If you think that your video falls outside of the options we offer then we’d be glad to talk to you about that (example: you only have a $500 budget and really don’t need every single bell and whistle that we offer). How To Book Us (in the continental US):
We are based out of Brooklyn, New York and have a business model that is different from that of other production companies. Our two major differences are:
1. For shoots OUTSIDE OF NEW YORK we travel TO YOU at the lowest possible cost to you. Whether you are on in Columbus, OH or Los Angeles, CA is not a problem. By booking shoots in advance we can travel to you at the minimum cost. For shoots within the New York City area there is no applicable travel cost.
2. We maintain a constant dialogue with our clients on a 24/7 basis from the time that a shoot is booked to the time that it is edited. If you need to email us, email us and we will respond. If you need to call us, call us and we will respond. By keeping in constant contact with us your shoot will go smoothly.

In order to bring you the best possible production at the best cost to you we book our shoots at least 1-2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. A contract is written for all clients and a commitment of a 1/3 DOWN DEPOSIT of the total budget is required to book a shooting date. All deposits are made through PayPal invoices from us.
